Returns
Our policy lasts 100 days after purchase date. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you store credit, a refund or exchange.
You can request for a refund if you are not 100% happy with your order. Please complete this form (which has all of the right fields we need to find your order) or email us at hello@barekind.co.uk to organise the return.
Items must be returned unused and with labels intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so offer free returns. But we do please ask you to consider the environment before you ship the socks back to us, the less shipping thats involved the better.
Your return will be processed within 14 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We strongly recommend sending your return by tracked post and keeping the postage receipt safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@barekind.co.uk.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong size we require you to send this item back and we can then send out the correct size. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at hello@barekind.co.uk. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The Legal Points
While we always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products, Bare Kind reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to fulfill the Guarantee through any means of its choosing, including without limitation, issuing an exchange and/or replacement, refunding a purchase, providing a Bare Kind gift code for use on our Site or other such steps as Bare Kind determines are warranted.
Any misuse or abuse of the Guarantee or these Terms, in Bare Kind’s sole discretion, shall render an individual ineligible for the Guarantee. In the event that Bare Kind has deemed an individual ineligible for the Guarantee, in addition to other remedies, Bare Kind may limit, remove, or revoke the ability for such individual to proceed with or receive refunds, returns or exchanges and/or preclude such individual from making future purchases.
Bare Kind reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify its Happiness Guarantee and related offers at any time, in its sole discretion.
Except in Bare kind’s sole discretion, refunds, exchanges and/or replacements shall only be provided with respect to an initial product(s) purchased and not with respect to any products and/or gift cards (or product(s) purchased with such gift card) received by virtue of a previous return, exchange and/or replacement.
With respect to any exchanges or replacements, Bare Kinds replacement items will only be mailed to the country to which the original item(s) was shipped. Generally allow 7-10 business days for delivery in the United Kingdom.
Any requests for returns, exchanges and/or replacements generated by script, macro or other automated means not provided by Bare Kind or by any means which subvert the claim process are void. Product(s) provided as an exchange and/or replacement will not trigger a donation and are not to be offered for resale.
