Thank you so much for buying our socks and saving the animals.

With Christmas here we wanted to write to you and tell you about the delays we are seeing with all postal and parcel carriers. The same as which happens every year.

Please be aware, that with Storm Darragh on the 7th December affecting delivery and sorting, and Yodel unable to cope. All carriers are reporting the christmas delays, Orders are all being delivered, although not as quickly as normal.

We are using the highest performing carriers currently with Royal Mail & Fedex, however even they are seeing delays. Although not as bad as Yodel, DPD or Evri.

Your parcels are all going to be delivered by Christmas, we can assure you of that with Royal Mail always coming through with over delivering and under promising on their last shipment days.

We are very grateful for our warehouse who continue to dispatch orders ASAP.

We are doing everything we can to get your orders out quickly. The courier delays aren't something that we can control. Thank you for your kindness when speaking with our customer service team.
